How can we control the conveying speed of the telescopic belt conveyor?

1、 The shaft of the speed switch is connected with the conveyor shaft through the elastic coupling to measure the speed of the conveyor per minute. Any increase decrease in speed at the set point causes the switch to operate. As a typical system, when the speed changes, the conveyor will stop running, the alarm light will flash start the alarm. The speed switch can perform multiple functions at the same time.

2、 The speed switch can adopt the following three modes:

(1) Detection of speed reduction: the detection speed should be set below the normal operating speed. When the operating speed drops below the set value, the output relay will be powered off.

(2) Overspeed detection: the detection speed should be set above the normal operation speed. When the operation speed exceeds the set value, the output relay will be powered off.

(3) Zero speed detection: when the operating speed is close to zero (half a revolution per minute), the output relay is powered off.

The telescopic belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers closed conveyor belt. Its main feature is that the body can be easily retracted, with belt storage bin. The tail can be extended shortened with the advance of mining face. The structure is compact. It can be directly laid on the roadway floor without foundation. The frame is light convenient for disassembly assembly.
