Operating procedures: 1. Dust mask gloves must be worn. 2. The cleaning roller must be operated by special personnel. Before start-up, check whether the equipment operates normally, whether there is defect whether the fasteners are loose. 3. Each batch of castings core iron shall exceed 75% - 80% of the drum volume. The weight of larger parts shall exceed the specification. 4. Before loading, the roller should be fixed with a pin to avoid rotation injury during loading. 5. After the casting is installed on the roller, the cylinder cover shall be covered fixed with bolts. When cleaning, start the ventilation dust removal equipment first, then turn on the drum. 6. The cylinder cover must be turned to the front fixed with a bolt before the cylinder cover can be opened. 7. When the drum is working, personnel are strictly prohibited to approach. No castings other objects shall be stacked around. 8. The cylinder cover shall be opened before the impeller of shot blasting cleaning drum stops rotating completely.
